100GROUP Michigan Celebrates 5 Years of Growth, Leadership, and Local Impact
100GROUP proudly marks the 5-year anniversary of its Michigan office, a space that began with just two desks and deep roots in the industry, and has since grown into a multi-company, multi-role hub of innovation, service, and leadership on the Lakeshore.
Led by Managing Partner of 100GROUP MI, Sarah McKee, the Michigan office has steadily expanded since opening its doors in July 2020. Sarah, who has served across multiple companies under the 100GROUP Brand and leadership of Jeff Brodsly, continues to play a pivotal role not only within 100GROUP but also in branding, operational and strategic efforts for affiliated companies — including ReCo & Kennel Connection.
“This location represents more than just square footage,” said McKee. “It’s a reflection of dedication, resilience, and the belief that you can build something meaningful when you pour your heart into it. Five years ago, I walked into this building with keys in my hand and a big dream. We’ve since moved offices two times within the same building to make room for our growth, and we’re not done yet. I’m incredibly grateful to Jeff Brodsly for not only believing in me from the start but for mentoring me, guiding me, and giving me the space to lead, grow, and eventually build something of my own under the 100GROUP brand.”
The Michigan office is home to a blended team that includes dedicated 100GROUP MI staff, The 100GROUP suite Marketing Manager Erin McCarthy, and several shared staff supporting multiple arms of the business. This hybrid setup reflects the collaborative spirit of 100GROUP and its partner companies, where resources and talent are aligned to serve clients more effectively.
